We will exchange the damaged product. You will make return arrangements and bear the shipping charges to send the damaged product back to us
As the majority of our makers have special needs and every piece is manually silk screened and handcrafted, we may experience the rare occasion where there may be slight variations in colour or material. We do our utmost to check every single piece of product before shipping out to you to ensure it is of consistently high quality.
While all sales are final and we do not allow any refund or return, you can still contact us at email@example.com within 2 weeks upon receiving your order. We may offer a refund or exchange solely at our discretion.
Products are exchangeable only if they are damaged at point of receipt.
