  1. Do you charge for shipping?
    • For purchases within Singapore:
      We offer FREE shipping for purchase of S$100 and above.
      A shipping fee of $3.95 is applicable for all other purchases.
      A postal fee of $1.00 is applicable for purchase of a Single small and travel pouch.
    • For purchases outside of Singapore:
      There will be additional shipping cost for all purchases that will be charged at point of payment.

  2. Can I get a refund or a product exchange?
    • As the majority of our makers have special needs and every piece is manually silk screened and handcrafted, we may experience the rare occasion where there may be slight variations in colour or material. We do our utmost to check every single piece of product before shipping out to you to ensure it is of consistently high quality.
      While all sales are final and we do not allow any refund or return, you can still contact us at within 2 weeks upon receiving your order. We may offer a refund or exchange solely at our discretion.


  1. When will I receive my order?
    • You will receive your order/s within 2 weeks from the transaction day.
  2. What is a back order?
    • A backorder is an order placed when a product is currently out of stock
  3. Can I place an order if a product is out of stock?
    • Yes, you can place a back order. However, if a product is discontinued, we reserve the right not to fulfil the order, a refund will be made.
  4. When will I receive my back order?
    • As our products are shipped from Cambodia and produced in economic quantities, you will receive your back order within 3 months
  5. What if the product is damaged?
    • We will exchange the damaged product. You will make return arrangements and bear the shipping charges to send the damaged product back to us
  6. Are products refundable or exchangeable?
    • Products are not refundable.
      Products are exchangeable only if they are damaged at point of receipt
